1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing refunds for the Orbit Hunt platform, operated by White Blink Private Limited (under the Latbase initiative).
All payments for Orbit Hunt are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, Paddle acts as the seller and handles all billing, payment processing, and refund requests.
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Paddle's Buyer Terms.
2. Free Trial
Orbit Hunt offers a 30-day free trial on eligible plans. The free trial provides full access to the features included in the selected plan at no cost for the trial period.
- No payment information is required to start a free trial.
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your access to paid features will be suspended.
- The free trial is intended to give you sufficient time to evaluate the Service before making a purchasing decision.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Orbit Hunt currently offers the following subscription tiers:
- Starter — designed for individual marketers and small teams.
- Pro — designed for growth teams operating at scale.
- Enterprise — custom pricing for organizations requiring dedicated support and unlimited scale.
Pricing is subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will not apply retroactively to your current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
All transactions are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle's refund policy applies to all purchases made through Orbit Hunt.
4.1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of the date of your transaction. Refund requests submitted within this 14-day period will be reviewed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis and may be approved in full, approved as a partial refund, or declined.
4.2. After 14 Days
Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of the transaction will not be eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable law.
4.3. Subscriptions
For subscription purchases, the 14-day refund window applies to the initial transaction. It does not apply to subsequent subscription renewal payments, except where required by applicable law.
4.4. Refunds Will Not Be Issued Where
- There is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
- The refund request is made after the 14-day refund window has closed (unless required by law).
4.5. Effect of Refund
If you receive a refund, your access to the Orbit Hunt paid features associated with that transaction will cease immediately.
5. Country-Specific Refund Rights
Where local consumer protection laws grant additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply and override this policy. The following statutory rights are honoured:
5.1. European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom
Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. This applies to one-off purchases and the first payment under a subscription. If a subscription includes a free trial, the 14-day withdrawal period begins when the trial ends. For annual subscriptions in the UK, a new 14-day withdrawal period begins on each annual auto-renewal.
5.2. Turkey / Israel
Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund.
5.3. South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada
Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund after delivery.
5.4. Singapore
Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund after delivery or first access.
6. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's subscription management portal (accessible via your transaction confirmation email) or by contacting us at hello@orbithunt.com.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the 14-day refund window described in Section 4.
- After cancellation takes effect, your access to paid features will be suspended. Your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within 14 days of your transaction, you may use any of the following methods:
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction confirmation email from Paddle.
- Visit paddle.net and select the “Request refund” option.
- Contact us at hello@orbithunt.com with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Account Email]”.
If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval of the request.
8. Refunds for Technical or Product Defects
If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features as described:
- Contact us first at hello@orbithunt.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle's support team via paddle.net and provide details of the issue and any response received from us.
- Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact Paddle or us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
- If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, access to Orbit Hunt may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
- This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under card-scheme or consumer-protection rules.
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify customers via email or in-app notification for significant changes.
The version of this policy in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. Changes will not apply retroactively to charges made before the effective date of the updated policy.
11. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is subject to the governing law, complaints, and disputes provisions set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions and our Terms and Conditions.
